  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.



Local Pickup (if applicable)

Local pickup may be available. You will receive an email or message when your order is ready for pickup.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Delays

Please note that once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS), weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
